Refund Policy
Due to the nature of instructor scheduling and securing rental spaces, ResusReady does not issue any refunds or transferability of services on regularly scheduled ACLS/BLS courses it provides equal to or less than 14 days from the course start date. Cancellations greater than 14 days from the course start date are subject to a $125 cancellation fee. This is due to the expenses already incurred that cannot be refunded, such as Heart & Stroke online module keys and securing rooms and instructors. Refunds will not be issued for any ‘no-shows. Please know we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality training that our customers come to expect. Private, Mobile, or EPICC Course Bookings
For private group, mobile, or EPICC course bookings ResusReady does not issue any refunds or transferability of services due to the nature of instructor scheduling and expenses already incurred prior to the event. ResusReady has the right to cancel a course without refund if the minimum number of students cannot be met on the day of the course. It is the obligation of the customer/group organizer to ensure they adequately fill the seats of the course(s) they purchase. This policy is set out by the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada in regards to the minimum number of students required to run a course, which for Heart Saver, BLS, and ACLS, is three students.
