Looking to become a BLS instructor? This course will equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills to teach, evaluate and improve the core BLS concepts of your students.

Prerequisites:

• Must be a healthcare provider who provides emergency care in Canada as defined within their scope of practice

• Current Heart & Stroke Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certificate

• Successful completion of the Heart & Stroke Core Instructor Course

• Submit an instructor application and pay application fee

Required Materials:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Instructor Kit (#RE3460 - Silver Kit)

• Note: This kit can be purchased from the Heart Shop once you’ve been registered in the course.
